Happy New Year & Newsletter Greetings from Singing Lady Central.

As we take another step backwards and head into Phase 2 of Covid restrictions we just want to clarify a few things for you.

We are open and yes, we have a 50% reduced capacity but to be honest, this doesn't really affect us too much as of yet.

What this step backwards means to us is that less of you will be visiting the store to shop in person. We completely understand.

Are we worried? Of course we are. We've been hit hard over this whole time frame but we've made a big effort to cut costs wherever we can. Our daily routines along with our store hours all had to be re-adjusted dramatically. It also placed limits on staffing and what we can accomplish from day to day.

SO many of you have expressed how pleased you are to see us still standing and persevering. We're not giver uppers, as you very well know, but at the same time we're just not sure how much more of a hit we can take.

What will help us get through yet another round of this is your ongoing continued support. Make no mistake, you have been there for us and as a small business owner I will remain eternally grateful to you.
You are more than welcome to make phone purchases using a credit card or take advantage of our e-transfer option.
If you prefer to pick up your purchase curbside, we'd be more than happy to make that happen provided we can get it to the door.
Of course, in store shopping is safe with us so please come for a visit if you're comfortable with that.
The Singing Lady ship is not going down - so please don't be alarmed. It's just time to remind everyone to support small business and even though we seem to be large in floor space - we are indeed a small business.

As my husband Stef always used to say .... "we are a Mom-and-Pop store."
