Yes - we have extended our shopping hours until 6pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
Here are our current store hours effective immediately; Monday to Wednesday - 12pm to 4pm Thursday & Friday - 12pm to 6pm Saturday - 11am to 4pm Sunday - 12pm to 4pm
Our weekday mornings from 10am until noon is the magic time when we do all of our intake from our consignors. It's been completely ideal for many reasons. We've gotten into a really good rhythm and our focus on intake is all done by the time you come to visit us. Our focus then shifts to you. The two scenarios used to cross paths when we did intake during customer shopping hours but structuring our days this way is something we don't really see changing anytime soon.
Boxes of items come in, the treasures all need to be unwrapped, sorted, itemized, measured, researched then photos are taken and the items are then logged into the consignor accounts. Tags are printed and out to the floor the items go!
Furniture arrives in the morning as well, taking most of the same steps noted above but these are larger so they need to be merchandised into both stores. Sometimes assembling a dining table can take 30 minutes. Peeling the saran off furniture can take time. All of this is done before you arrive to us and trust me - it's less messy and truly less chaotic, most especially for you.
I'm pretty darn sure that many small business owners have had to make many changes and adjustments over the past 2 years. We've learned a lot, we've coped and we're still standing and THAT is because you have been our support system. The community that surrounds us here at the Singing Lady is outstanding and we are extremely blessed.

Every day, we get new arrivals — fabulous finds you won't find anywhere else. Here is a small sampling of the new arrivals from the last week but there are many more in the store. We currently have over 6,000 items and it keeps changing all the time. Our motto is, "If you snooze, you lose!". If you see something you like, you had better snatch it up quick because there is a good chance it won't be there the next time you visit.
