Good morning everyone! A little reflective bit to share today ... and a selected variety of really nice little deals to ponder about.

I've been in the store, on my own, every day this past week because many of you out there are continuing to support us during this current reality we are all experiencing. I have spoken and communicated with many customers via email and on the phone about inquiries and purchases and as a small business owner - I cannot express how grateful I am that you are still watching our website and following through with a purchase or two ... or three. The thoughtful words and a simple "I've been thinking about how difficult this all must be for you" said out loud, is in fact, a blessing to hear. As crazy as that sounds, I am touched by the concern of you.

A wonderful customer called from Woodbridge yesterday and purchased 16 beautiful table top items from us - sight unseen. I was so excited and she was so grateful.

I was very relieved today to speak to one of the residents that lives above our store. She told me that they were being so well taken care of. The staff were sanitizing the hallways and frequented areas and that there are helpers onboard to grocery shop for them. We have been so worried.

Our staff have all been temporarily laid off and we miss them and their comradery but we know this is for the best. We understand the gravity.

Mr. Singing Lady and I have a good majority of family in Italy as I'm sure that many of you are keeping in touch with family and friends all over the world. We are keeping the world close to us and all of you, our customers and consignors, in our thoughts as well.

We continue to have some new arrivals daily as we did hold some merchandise back going into this.

I will be in the store Friday morning from 10am through to 3pm if something here grabs your attention. We are tucking all these purchases away for when we have the all clear for your visit to pick them up. I am flying solo once again - so be gentle on me :-)
