We've had a surge of website browsers and newcomers to our weekly newsletter so we felt it was time to review some frequently asked questions we get asked daily here at the store.
You can enjoy shopping from the comfort of your own home and we try to make this as easy as possible!
Website Updates
Our website is updated EVERY single evening - and you don't need to wait until your newsletter arrives to see what has come in over the past week. Visit us every day online to check out the new arrivals. If something sells today - it gets marked sold tonight on our site.
The newsletter is a feature of what has come in - this is why it's best to visit our New Arrivals link daily to see it all.
Purchasing
Can only be done by shopping in person or by telephone. We do not have online e-commerce shopping. We process sales orders over the phone every day so if you love something and you don't want to lose it - give us a call and we can take care of that for you.
We accept many forms of payment now - Visa, MasterCard, American Express & ETransfers - Debit cards can only be used in store.
Shipping
We've had many requests and inquiries lately about this service. It's not surprising because of our pandemic situation. We don't ship BUT if you have someone in the GTA that can do the pick up for you - that is always an option.
Our Encore Card
When you spend $100 before taxes in our store (not cumulative) - you receive a Singing Lady Encore card which entitles you to 10% off your next purchase. Just remember that you MUST be present in our store, holding that card, to take advantage of that discount. All the little rules are on the back of the card.
Curbside Pick-Up
We are still offering and will continue to offer this service. Once a purchase is made - if we can get it to the door - you can pick it up right at our doorstep. We understand all the worry and concern so we're happy to help wherever we can with this.
To Hold or Not to Hold
We are asked every single day if an item can be held or put aside. To honour the special relationship we have with our consignors - we have a no hold policy at the store. We are obliged to sell their items to the person wishing to buy them. It's been our policy since we opened over 10 years ago. We simply do not do holds at all.
All of us here at the store are wishing you and yours a very special Thanksgiving weekend. Although it is certainly going to be different for all of you and for our family, there is still love and there is always the moment in every day to be thankful.
Our store will be closed on Monday but we'll be right back to it on Tuesday!
